New coins are a switch: market cap has to be $5k to $40k, and a smaller pool is allowed only if it is locked and the holder map is mostly clean. A bottom buy is a coin that stayed within 10% for the last 6 hours and the last hour. Starting rules. Losses will tighten these.

Rules
A winner cannot finish red. The trail sell stays at or above the buy price. Big runs still stay open until they give back 12% from the high.
